Responsible for the user experience and design of BNY Mellon's enterprise digital platform, NEXEN, delivered across the web, mobile and APIs that includes a global client portal, API driven shared services and a developer console. These products provide an end-to-end experience delivering solutions for both clients and developers. The global client portal NEXEN provides 1,000s of clients access to over 100+ BNY Mellon capabilities across the entire investment lifecycle.
BNY Mellon Marketplace
Led the research, design and user experience and design management for an upmarket global ecosystem of digital products across web, mobile and APIs at the bank. The BNY Mellon Marketplace API platform consists of an API gateway, API designer tool and a public facing API/App store. The platform enables all financial services clients such as BlackRock, Fidelity, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and many more to access 100+ BNY Mellon's services, plus 400 + internal shared services including but not limited to asset custody, wealth management, broker dealer services and alternative investment services etc. Liase with cross functional teams like API Business, Technology, Marketing, Program management, Operations, Client managers and peer UI/UX designers.
